Privacy policy
The German version is binding. This website sets no cookies, counts no visits and embeds nothing from other servers. Fonts, images and videos come from the same server as the page. Personal data arises only where delivering the page technically needs it, and when you get in touch by e-mail.

Hosting by GitHub Pages
The website is hosted on GitHub Pages, a service of GitHub, Inc., 88 Colin P. Kelly Jr. Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. On every request GitHub processes the data a browser sends technically: IP address, time, the page requested, referrer and browser identification. GitHub needs them to deliver the page and to protect the service against abuse, and may keep them in server logs for that. I have no access to these logs.
The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR: the legitimate interest is delivering the website securely and reliably. GitHub is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework; the transfer to the USA rests on the European Commission's adequacy decision (Art. 45 GDPR). Details in the GitHub General Privacy Statement.
Links to other websites
The page links to GitHub, Maven Central and NuGet. Those sites load only when you click a link; their own privacy policies apply from then on.
Contact by e-mail
When you write me an e-mail, I process your address and the message to answer it (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR; for an enquiry about a contract, (b)). I delete the data once the enquiry is settled and no statutory retention period applies.
The mails are received by the mail server of domainFactory (DomainFactory GmbH, Munich, part of the GoDaddy group), which forwards them to my mailbox. domainFactory processes them on my behalf (Art. 28 GDPR).

- data portability (Art. 20), and
- object to processing based on Art. 6 (1) (f) (Art. 21).
An e-mail to the address above is enough. You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR).
